Changing bank account

Hi,


I have an issue with changing the bank account. I'm creating the new bank account with the name for example "Bank account X", after processing ITC creates the bank account with the name "Bank account Y", with an incorrect address. When I try to choose "Bank account X" it automatically changes to "Bank account Y", so I can't choose the correct one (Bank account X). What I'm doing wrong, please help!


P.S. I have all permissions, and 2FA enabled. I have a problem with Russian bank, this problem appeared in January 2019.

FYI, iTC is outdated, so if you are following a process specific to iTC, you may want to know that for some time now, it's been ASC - App Store Connect.
