Balance carried forward

Hello, I have an issue with payments for Jan. There was a date of the payment on 7 Mar but I didn’t receive money to my bank account. I received payments every month without any problems. I didn’t change my bank info in AppStore Connect. On 8 Mar I saw an update at Payments and Financial reports: balance carried forward. I asked my bank manager if there were any peoblems but he said no problems with any incoming payments. I sent mail to Apple Support but still no answer. Did anyone get the same issue with payments for Jan?
