How to open a created playlist in the app?

After creating a playlist via the API, I get an href value in the response that looks like this: '/v1/me/library/playlists/[playlist-id]'. What can I do with this href? I want to be able to provide a link to the user that will open the playlist in their relevant Apple Music app, but it's unclear to me if this is possible, or if so how to do it, because only a partial url is provided.
