Is there any way to implement generic beacon BT background logic to receive beacon messages with payload?
Not peripheral connected devices
Not scanning or receiving iBeacon messages
Not scanning or receiving only when an app is opened
But,
+ Native background logic that makes possible to listen sensors that send BT beacon messages once per minute
+ Background logic that listens to beacons and then is able to raise events or open an app
+ Can be opened automatically when mobile phone is opened
Please, help.
