Hello there,
I have an app "DNS Changer"

so the app has old screenshots if you change to iPad - tab.
I already tried to explain my situation many times to apple support, itunes connect store, TSI and many other fake supporters, so usually the answer from support is that they don't understand my issue, it's not their section, they pretend to not understand and send my question to someone else. Basically "Support" is behaving as "human pretenders".
One last time I want to try here, if someone already had this issue to share that exp. with me please.
So this issue is like many months old.
