Kafkaesque hamster wheel. Can anyone help us?

Hi guys,


since one week the apps have been taken out of the store by one of our biggest customers. Allegedly the contractual legal partner (on our site) has changed. But we haven't changed anything. We cannot confirm anything in App Store Connect. We've been calling Apple Support several times a day for a week now. They also don't know what happened. Again and again we are told that the case will be escalated to another department and we will be contacted. Unfortunately, nothing like that happens.


Meanwhile we get huge pressure from our customer and the case becomes more and more the big damage for the whole company. We feel completely helpless. We don't get the apps online anymore. We are trapped like in an infinite loop, from which we did not go out. Does anyone have any idea what we could do?
