How do I submit a new build of my app?

The first version of my app received a binary rejection.

I clicked on "activity" and I can see the build that I want to submit, but I dont see any submit button.

I found it. You need to click on the app under "iOS app" on the left side of the screen, scroll down to "Build", click the little red "-" button and delete that build, then add your new build and submit.
