We have encountered a confused problem that our enterprise App need to trust again on few device of iPad recently, althouth the device alread trust before. We have to perform below step to fix the issue:
1> Disable and enable the WIFI on iPad and perform verfify once again on device management of setup panel.
2> If step 1 not work, reinstall our enterprise app(no need delete first) and perform verify once again on device management of setup panel.
3> If setp 2 not work, upgrade to the lastest version of iOS. In case the current iOS is the latest, then need to reset iPad once instead.
The issue was occurred when our enterprise app after a upgrade behavior sometimes, but not all the time.
Can give some advise on this guys?
