I have uploaded an app to app store connect, once accepted it is already available in the store.
When installing it on iPad2 and iPod touch (iOS 9.3.5) the application does not work.
I have tested with the xcode emulator for devices for the same version and they work correctly.

Requires iOS 9.0 or later.
Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
Supposedly, the apple review team has approved the application but then it does not work... What should I do?
