I'm an Asian studies specialist working on the history of Turkmenistan. 6 or 7 years ago, I found out the keyboard for the Turkmen language (based on the newest Latin-based script) made by the local programmers. It was appropriate for my work.
However, since the MacOS Mojave introduction, it does not function at all. I can't find those programmers and, thus, I can't ask them for an upgrade. However, I have their bundle file on my Mac and I can send it to you for the improvement. It is user-made stuff.
I don't know is that appropriate for the further incorporation of this keyboard into the international keyboards, but I'll be glad to have any kind of feedback.
