Is anyone else having issues with accessing the HAP specification?
I've been trying for a week now, and despite accepting the initial license agreement, the spec page (https://developer.apple.com/homekit/specification/) immediately redirects to a maintenance URL (https://developer.apple.com/maintenance/). Unsurprisingly, there's no simple ability to raise a fault notification with Apple regarding their web content.
Is anyone else experiencing the same hurdles in accessing the spec?

Submitted a bug report (id 48594000).
It appears to be back up and available.
This is important to both non-commercial and commercial HomeKit developers because the commercial version has problems when searching (nothing found) where as the non-commercla PDF search works as expected.
