Folks;
System Preferences : Keyboard : Dictation this functionaliy is made available "whereever you can type text".
Is there an approved way a macOS application, which is sold through the Mac App Store, can deteremine the user's setting for Dictation [On or Off] as well as what their current shortcut is so that I might prompt them within in my application to utilize dictation.
Or perhaps even better, if Dictation is, in fact, turned on and the app has permission to use the microphone then automatically turn on Dictation when the user moves their cursor into a specific textView?
