Is it possible to take the user to settings from Siri?

When I send a response object from my handling object, is it possible to set the user activity object of the response to take the user to iCloud settings so they can log in to iCloud?

When a user tries to run my app from Siri and it doesn't work, I want to ask the user if he wants to purchase the feature to enable Siri with my app.
