My app is using startMonitoringSignificantLocationChanges() for 'The significant-change location service'.
As a result my app relaunches automatically when the device reboot.
(This gets going as I expected.)
But, it doesn't relaunch automatically when I set a Restrictions by AppleConfigurator2.
Are there any setting items in the Restrictions that affect the significant-Change Location Service?

iOS : 12.1.2(16C101)
