We have a app where user is giving daily feedback to subscribed user based on there posted activity will this come under IAP(In-App purchase)

The current purpose of the app is NOT to sell any pre-loaded digital content but to enable services and work as a support tool.

The app is used to facilitate existing and new customers by enabling communication forum and direct messaging for a better service and customer engagement. The customers sign up for this program and then invited to download app for the execution of program which was earlier done on Facebook Group. Some customers did not want to use Facebook which is a generic social media tool. We developed this app for supporting her business in a better way. This app does not have any pre-loaded content and is purely a service oriented app where team is using their experience and this tool to remotely monitor and communicate/support customers for their ongoing fitness efforts. They are providing expert advice to the customers on real time basis which is why the customers are paying. Will this need In-App purchase.

Nope, IAP is not required. In fact since you are selling real time services you may not use IAP. Since you are not unlocking code in the app you may use a third party payment system.

In your example you would want to use a 3rd party billing/payment process, not IAP.

Please see the App Store Review Guidelines ~ Payments / In-App Purchase / 3.1.5 Goods and Services Outside of the App

3.1.5 (a) Goods and Services Outside of the App: If your app enables people to purchase goods or services that will be consumed outside of the app, you must use purchase methods other than in-app purchase to collect those payments, such as Apple Pay or traditional credit card entry.
