I just noticed an app that looks like (very much so) is using the songs previews (max 30 seconds) to embed them in user generated videos without adding any credits. This of course doesn't mean that the videos will be accepted on the social networks, but I didn't know this practice was allowed.
Is there any official take on this? Or, is there a way to license such content?
