I'm trying to submit an app update with minor fixes but the metadata has been rejected 4 times now. The screenshots were previously approved so I've tried the devices below. All of my questions for clarification have gone unanswered.
Specifically for the 6.5" screenshots I've used:
iPhone Xs (was told the device was wrong)
iPhone Xs Max (was told the display features were wrong)
iPhone XR (am currenty being told the display features are wrong).
Any insight? Over the course of 10 days I have not recieved a single response from the Resolution center. I'm attaching two of the recently submitted screenshots here.

Specifically, your 6.5-inch iPhone screenshots need to include iPhone XS display features.
