Xcode doesn't recognize login, certificates, or my ipad

I have an up to date Xcode account. When I log on to my account it tells me my certificates are all up to date. I see my iPad as a registered device. And I have done many builds in the past, although it's been a while since I tried to do a new build.

When I attempt to do a build now I receive the following errors:

In the last error you can see that it refers to my iPad as "iPad (28)." That was the old name of my iPad but I changed the name on the iPad and then I registered the iPad under the new name with Apple devices. That all went fine. But Xcode is still reading the old name. I'm not sure what is going on there.

I've sent three emails to apple support over the past two weeks, but no one has gotten back to me.

I would be grateful if anyone could identify the problem.

I put a screenshot in my original message but it didn' some through. Here is a link to the screenshot:

Looks like a workspace-centric issue, sorry I can't say what, specifically, other that it's not directly related to login/certs/device, just that they're not visible in that example, for some reason.
