I own two apps I need upgraded to current IOS

.The company that built my apps won't upgrade the apps and they have been removed from the App Store. I don't need any changes to the app just the upgrade to the current IOS and I am looking for someone to do the upgrade. Any suggestions? I Cannot do the upgrade myself.
