The application cache is now deprecated and in the process of being phased out:

As a developer, I'm curious what the roadmap for this is specifically for Safari in iOS. And more specifically, is there any chance support for this could be dropped in iOS 13 in the coming summer, or will it still be supported?
Does Apple provide any roadmaps for this?
I ask because I have some apps that rely on application cache, and want to know if a service worker solution needs to be developed by the summer of 2019, or if this can be delayed until 2020.
