How do we submit an app for review with NemID?

Hi,

We're preparing for release of an app, but our regulators mandate a more complex than usual login:

1. User logs in with username and password (this is fine, we do this in other territories)
2. If the user is logged in for the first time on that device they, must provide their NemID credentials

The problem comes with step 2. People are specifically told not to share their personal NemId credentials, and as far as I'm aware test accounts aren't available on NemID in production. We'd also have problems supplying them in when submitting for review as there are only text boxes for username and password IIRC.
