Hi all,
last version of my app is ready for sales since 2018/12/03, a lot of devices has already upgraded the app but in this days one iPad Pro new model mphg2ty/a tried to install the app from the store and the search of the app fails.
If the owner of that iPad Pro try using a link to the app in the store he show the app in the store but the button "install" doesn't appear.
I already checked the nation of distribution of the app an verified there is not limitations, all nations are selected.
What could be the problem ? I noticed the architecture of model mphg2ty/a is arm64e, my app was not compiled for arm64e because in xcode realease note: "The App Store and TestFlight don't accept submissions containing arm64e".
Can someone help me ?
