I've filled in all the details for the app i'm trying to publish on the app store connect portal.
The only thing failing the submit for review button is the upload.
I have uploaded multiple builds and archives successfully using xcode but it doesn't seem to register on app store connect.
This is a time-sensitive issue and i have reached out multiple times on multiple occasions for help. Please help find the fix that will allow me to finally submit the app for review.
