Apple TV Back button gets disabled sometimes in TVML, Apple TV Back button gets disabled sometimes in TVML

I am using TVML player. Most of the times during any video play, menu button click works fine and takes you to the previous page, but sometimes it doesn't do anything. I am not doing any customization in the TVML player. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
