Apple deposit to bank was rejected. I tried to call apple support and nobody was able to help me

I was supposed to receive a payment from Apple December 6th. But when apple made the transfer they labeled as a cheking account when it was a savings account. So the bank rejected. And it was not my fault on itunes connect everything was labeled correctly. So I am trying to contact the Apple Financial team to tell me what they are going to do about it. So I called apple support and they just give me a link to a website to send them a message but so far I havent received any message from them. So is there a way to contact them directly?
