My APP now uses React Native technical framework, which would remotely pull some JS static resources for React Native page rendering. This type of scripts/codes will not invoke or change any Object-C method.
I am writing to inquire whether this violates Apple's verification requirements on hot update. Thank you!

No one here is in a position to say. App Review isn't here and there are no pre-reviews.
My opinion is that App Review will make a decision when they see what you put in front of them based on 2.4.5 & 2.5.2 in the ASRGs https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines
My advice is to add what you said above to that app's meta data 'notes' and take your chances.
