What is "antivirus"? Many Mac antivirus tools are junk. Many are outright scams and frauds. There are only a few that are functional.

I suggest you post your binaries to VirusTotal. It has a database of many antivirus engines that are virtually guaranteed to report false positives. They have a paid service where you can submit your code in private and change it until it is no longer detected. You have to pay for this service but then your code isn't listed in their database as it would be otherwise.
