We have implemented external display support for our iOS App and, if we use the OS interface to enable AirPlay mirror, it works fine.
To improve the UX, we want the user to be able to share content on the big screen without leaving the App.
We've added a MPVolumeView to show the route button and, when pressed, the AirPlay popover is shown.
However, it is not enabling screen mirror - it appears to be routing audio only.
How can we specify that we want to Airplay in mirror mode (and then add a window to the external display) ?
