We are looking at a solution for one of our clients. They require distribution of the custom B2B app we created. They have some requirements:
- Distribution is international (as it is an international company)
- Needs to be custom B2B app as they don't want it publically available in the app store
- Distribution is not only internally but also outside of their own company (resellers and other third parties)
- They want to control the distribution
- They want to be able to distribute only the app on user's devices, not control the devices itself.
In my perspective these are not that crazy requriements, and as far as I could read up front should really be fitting with the Custom B2B in combination with the VPP distributions. As there is no MDM solution distribution is done through redeemable codes.
This apparently does not work internationally as you can only redeem a code in the same country as the VPP customer that generated the codes.
What would be the best way to do this?
