Hi,
I was trying to change the billiing information, specifically credit card details and got this error:
"We cannot verify your payment details at this time. Please try again. If you are unable to proceed, wait for 24 hours.(Error: CCA5525698E00DB20094753DC6F0FD2F_1541405792934)"
of course i waited for 24 hours, I actually waited for a week but still get the same error. What should I do?
