TestFlight: All the uploaded builds are in processing state

I am trying to deliver the updated build in testflight, for external beta testing.
But all the builds that are uploaded are in Processing state, including the one that is currently set for beta testing.
Please let me know, is there anything we could do at our end to fix this? Thanks.
