I try to run the first part of the Note in Xcode but in the console log it shows "
[default] Unable to load Info.plist exceptions (eGPUOverrides)"
I have no idea how to fix it .
if this bug cannot be solved , the next step to make the Note APP cannot move forward
please help

I have the same issue, dove into this forum to find a solution and it seems a Mojave bug.
I also cannot move forward with my development on XCode 10.1. The last Xcode update raises this bug on console.
I am experiencing the same issue. For now, I found out that this has something to do with the new privacy system Apple has introduced with macOS 10.14. Depending on your needs you can set up some privacy rules inside your applications "Info.plist" file. This is everything I know so far. I hope I at least pointed you in the right direction.
