Currently we can't remove any apps, even though we are logged in with the apple "agent" account. The app we want to remove has the status "Developer Removed from Sale", but the "Remove App" link is missing in the Additional Information section. We only see "view app in store" and "app transfer".
Anybody else with this problem?
