How to force a WKWebView to use dark mode?

I have some embedded WKWebViews in my app, but I need them to go "dark" when in Mojave Darl Mode. I have already stled most things using CSS, but the scrollbard are still "Light". Is there a way to tell a webview to use the dark apperance instead?
