Compatibility with iOS11 and iOS 12

Just released a new app, but it says it is compatible only with iOS 12 or later. Any way that I can enable the app for downloads for at least iOS 11 and later ? because a lot of people are not even updating their software.

Use Xcode Settings/Deployment Info/Deployment Target to set the minimum iOS version your app promises to support.
