Search Ads for Pre-Order Apps

Hi there,


I have launched an Advanced Search Ads campaign for my pre-order app. However, since it doesn't technically register as an install, the dashboard shows 0 conversions, despite the ad spend/impressions/taps. Has anyone found a way to track if the Search Ads led to "sign-ups?" for their pre-order app? I'm also running FB ads so I can't differentiate while looking at the ITC sign-ups number.
