Successor to iADs?

I'm sure this isn't the right place to ask this but I'm not sure where the right place is, and I've been away for a while - which is no doubt obvious from the question....

iADs have gone away - all deprecated. What is the successor technology to iADs? What is the Apple/iOS framework for displaying Apple ads and getting paid for displaying ads in an iOS app? Is this being done only through Google these days? Or other services like AppLovin? I can't seem to find any reference to any iOS framework... I thought I saw some reference in StoreKit but then it seemed to focus only on how you can advertise your app through the AppStore...

Can anyone clarify this for me? If not through Apple, then is everyone going to Google's framework or what is the most common manner of monetizing iOS screens these days in freely distributed apps?

Thanks!

There is no Apple successor to iAds. There are no Apple ads now. No frameworks. What you may have found via Apple are Search Ads https://searchads.apple.com

It's all DIY these days, so yes, 3rd party solutions. Google is your friend to find one that fits your needs, assuming you've already outlined scale, budget, etc.
