Problems with apple developer program

Hello! I've got some problems with starting apple developer program. I've paid an 99$ 2 days ago, got checks for payment from Apple. But when I came to the account, I saw that developer program isn't on. And it still doesn't work, it suggest to buy again. I don't what to do in this situation. I haven't found an email of support or some conacts, that could help me.
