Will Apple reject my app if I implement background audio playback for 3rd party music ?

I want to develop a music player app that have a feature to play music on the background from 3rd party (For example : YouTube) (Only play , NOT offline download)

Wil Apple reject my app ? I saw some apps have this feature on App Store. But, I'm still not sure. So, I need a confirmation before a development.

Nobody can say for sure, but I'd say there was a 99% chance Apple will reject your app because you don't have the rights to music from third party sources. You should probably focus on an app that does something else.
