I live in Turkey and we're developing a subscription-based application for your store. As our governmental rules, we have to give/prepare an invoice for each purchase our customers perform.
I have 3 questions:
1. Where can I find/download sales & payout & invoice reports?
2. When a customer purchases a subscription from my app, our government (Turkey) asks to create an invoice for that customer's name and address. How can I have the customers info to prepare an invoice? or Will I be preparing a monthly invoice to App Store when you make a transaction to my company?
3. Lastly, App Store will take the 30% service fee from my subscription sales, so how can I have a service invoice that you have charged me that percentage out of my earnings? I'm really desperately in need of help and support.
