I'm in the process of creating a new app in iTunes Connect. My problem is that the app name that was intended already exists - created by the same company. So while waiting for the stake holders to figure out an abreviation, can I create the app with a temporary app name and then change it later? When does the app name get persistent? At creation? At submit? An other time?
