AppStore Connect is broken tonight?

If I go to itunesconnect.apple.com or appstoreconnect.apple.com, instead of being able to see my list of Apps and choose one I want to work on, I now get some new welcome screen, that says:


Get Started with iTunes Connect

Select the type of content you’d like to offer, or if you want to
manage an artist on Apple Music.


If I click on Apps, I get a screen telling me how I can enroll.


Is there some magical new way to get to my apps now, or is this just temporarily broken?

App Store Connect works for me - macOS HS 10.13.6; Safari beta Version 12.0 (13606.1.36.1.2)

Same here, had the issue all morning.


It just keeps looping to the "Get Started" page.

Happening for me as well. I'm in an endless loop. I've tried different browsers and computers. No luck. Has anyone resolved this??

I've tried multiple devices and also multiple browsers and nothing works.

I just called support and they confirmed that it is down. No estimate on when it would be back up. So just have to wait and see.

I'm seeing this problem today as well.

Got a reply from support saying that I should clear my browser cache and cookies to get access. Gave it a try and still having the problem. Can someone else call and try to escalate?

Tried clearing cache and apple.com cookies. Still no go... 😟

Working fine in the United States. Safari 11.1.2 on macOS 10.13.6.

Finally back in. I dont think it was browser related - maybe account related?

I'm back in this morning as well.


I finally did file a ticket last night with Apple. By that point, they mentioned that "several people" had reported the issue.
