Hi at all,
I just published a new version of our application selecting the option "Reset rating when this version is released".
The problem is that, even if the application is now available on the apple store the old rating is shown.
Any suggestions?

I am also having the same situation. How did it resolved. Please tell me if any one finds its solution
I, too, am having this issue. I've just submitted a new version of my app, ticked to reset the reviews, yet it's still showing all previous ratings. Has there been any further development on this issue?
