Can someone please post a link to where I can download the installer for Yosemite. I am a member of the Apple Developer program, but I still can't find it in the "Downloads" section. All I see is Yosemite 10.10.3 update and combo update. Are these sufficient to create a bootable USB drive? if not please tell me where I can find the complete installer (not just an update)
You can find macOS (or OS X) installers on the Mac App Store, but what versions are offered to you will depend on your past buying/downloading history, so it's not obvious you will find Yosemite.
Try looking on the Purchased tab (after you've signed in with your Apple ID) and see if Yosemite is there for download. If not, look for an older version — sometimes you can start with an older one and then download updates.
Unfortunately, if the version you want isn't offered, I don't think there's a sanctioned way of getting it.
