Minimum Deployment Target after release of iOS12?

The drop-down in Xcode 10 beta 5 lists Deployment Targets all the way back to iOS 8.0.

Regardless, I'd no longer invest any effort in making an iOS 8.x capable app. Among other reasons, remember that those users are in such small numbers, your energy is best spent supporting users that are current, instead.
