I checked with several users they can’t download too I’m really desperate, what can I do?? Why is this happening?

I ended up uploading a new bundle and wait for it to get approved.. it was several days of losing most of my users I opened an issue for Apple, got a late mail that they’re sorry for too long time to solve it - they have other urgent issues.
