Notarization always fails

I tried to notarize many different apps of mine. All goes fine up to the point where I get an email and push notification that the app is ready. But then, when in Xcode, I just get the following error message: "Ticket not found. Failed to staple ticket to ‹app name› because no ticket was found."

Anyone with the same issue? What to do to successfully notarize an app?

I'm having the same issue in Xcode beta 5. I think notarization may be broken in this beta.

I'm seeing the same issue in GM. First time I got that same error while also getting a success notification. Then I restarted Xcode and rebuilt with a new build number and then I got the success notification again without that error, but Xcode still will not highlight the Export Notarized App button and says "Processing" in Organizer... Is this just flat out broken in GM?

I have this exact same issue. Couldn't find a solution but my search did not turn up this thread so I posted a similar question:

The only thing that might be different is that my apps have sometimes worked. But, now a different build fixing Mojave relatred issues and they don't work again (squence is pretty much as described above)

Notarization suddenly magically worked for me. See my other post referenced above.

That sounds like an issue on macOS 10.13.6 with a stale cache that some developers may have hit. Workarounds are here:
