Yes I have and even the Mac OS snow leopard on the app store and my external hd hasn't reinstalled I've done a complete hardware test and nothing is wrong hardware wise I've tried a total rewipe and trying to reinstall that way still nothing I'm wondering if I can find start to finish the installer disk image the installation files the kitchen sink and countertops so to speak

There should be an option to reinstall the original OS of the Mac. Could you test it ?
