I noticed another thread from about a year ago that claimed this has been fixed. By I am still having the same problem.
I need to download and run Xcode 8.x to migrate a project from Swift 2.3 to 3, to be able to then migrate it to 4 etc. But when I try to download any Xcode8.x.xip, using Chrome, it stops after about 15-20 minutes and claims that the download is forbidden. I have a full Developers License and this should not be an issue.
How do I solve this? And is there another way to migrate from Swift 2.3 that I can try?
