I uploaded a version update to app we have on the store. The app went to In Review after just a few hours. The app has been In Review for over 11 Days now. We have tried the following and received no response from apple
- Message Reviewer on Resolution Center
- Emailing App Review Team
- Calling Apple Developer Support
We thought this was a bug in the App Review system, but have heard from other developers self-rejecting doesn't help. Has this happened to anyone else? How long did it take for your review?
